Job Description:
Role Summary
The Trainer will plan, develop, deliver, and maintain role-based PACT training and knowledge-transfer activities for State personnel and other applicable stakeholder/user groups.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the PACT Training Plan.
Perform training-needs and stakeholder-readiness assessments.
Identify user groups, roles, workflows, and learning objectives.
Develop role-based training curricula and materials.
Prepare instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, quick-reference materials, and applicable e-learning content.
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training as appropriate.
Train State staff, care coordinators, case managers, administrators, providers, and other stakeholder groups as directed by the State.
Coordinate training environments, accounts, scenarios, and sample data.
Support train-the-trainer and knowledge-transfer activities.
Track training completion and participant feedback.
Update materials when application functionality or workflows change.
Support go-live readiness, refresher training, and post-go-live knowledge transfer.
Coordinate documentation with the Technical Writer, BA team, PM, and application SMEs.
Preferred Recruiting Profile
5+ years of enterprise software/application training experience.
Healthcare, Medicaid, case-management, or public-sector training experience preferred.
Experience developing role-based curricula, user guides, job aids, and train-the-trainer programs.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience supporting major system implementation/go-live programs preferred.
