Job Description
Seeking skilled and motivated Service Technicians (Field Installers) to join our growing installation team. Duties/Responsibilities:
~Install GutterDome ultra-premium gutter guard systems at customer homes
~Measure, cut, and fit gutter guards to each home's roofline
~Perform safe roof, ladder, and gutter assessments on every job
~Maintain a clean, professional work site from start to finish
~Complete installation paperwork and on-site photos accurately
~Interface professionally with customers, sales, and support teams
~Operate company tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Requirements/Skills:
~Prior field installation, roofing, or construction experience a plus
~Comfortable working on ladders and at heights safely
~Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
~Positive attitude with a desire to succeed
~Work well with little direct supervision
~Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
~High school diploma or equivalent
~Reliable transportation with a clean DMV driving record and valid state driver's license
*** Prior experience in gutter guard, roofing, or home improvement installation is strongly preferred ***
Work Hours: Flexible – Weekday and Weekend installation schedules
