Working collaboratively with firm leadership, attorneys, team members, and outside partners, this individual will coordinate campaigns and events, maintain outreach systems, develop content, track results, and represent the firm professionally in the community.
This is an individual-contributor position designed for someone who is ready to take ownership, learn the legal services environment, and grow with the firm. The role requires sensitivity when communicating with older adults, caregivers, and families who may be navigating complex or emotional circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the firm at community events, networking opportunities, sponsorship activities, professional gatherings, and educational programs.
  • Coordinate consistent outreach and follow-up with current and prospective referral sources.
  • Identify new community partnership and outreach opportunities that align with the firm's mission and growth goals.
  • Maintain accurate outreach notes, contact records, referral information, and follow-up activities.

Events, Seminars & Educational Programs

  • Coordinate seminars, workshops, webinars, symposiums, and community presentations from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Manage event logistics, including venues, invitations, registration, attendance lists, materials, refreshments, presentation support, and attendee communication.
  • Assist attorneys and presenters with presentation materials, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and technology setup.
  • Attend periodic evening or weekend events and help ensure guests receive a warm, organized, and professional experience.
  • Collect event feedback and track attendance, follow-up opportunities, and engagement results.

Content, Brand & Digital Marketing

  • Draft, edit, schedule, and publish clear and engaging content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, blog posts, advertisements, and educational materials.
  • Help maintain a consistent and professional firm voice, visual identity, and client-centered message across communication channels.
  • Coordinate the creation, updating, ordering, and distribution of brochures, presentation folders, promotional items, signage, and other marketing materials.
  • Support basic website content updates and collaborate with vendors or specialists on digital marketing, search visibility, advertising, and design projects.
  • Monitor relevant community topics, marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging communication tools.

Campaign Coordination, Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, campaign checklists, databases, and organized digital files.
  • Track lead sources, referral activity, event participation, email engagement, digital reach, and other agreed-upon performance indicators.
  • Prepare clear monthly updates on completed activities, upcoming priorities, results, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with monitoring marketing expenses and evaluating the effectiveness and return on investment of campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, media partners, and agencies to keep projects on schedule and aligned with firm standards.
  • Proactively recommend practical ideas that improve outreach, consistency, efficiency, and community impact.

Client-Centered Communication & Team Support

  • Communicate with prospective clients, existing clients, event attendees, and community partners with empathy, patience, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Support timely follow-up with individuals who respond to campaigns, request information, or attend educational events, while coordinating with appropriate firm team members.
  • Participate in marketing meetings and collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify educational topics, outreach priorities, and community needs.
  • Protect confidential firm and client information and follow all applicable firm policies and professional standards.
  • Perform other related marketing, outreach, and growth-support duties as assigned.

  • Experience in a law firm, healthcare, senior services, financial services, nonprofit, or other professional services environment is helpful but not required.

Compensation
