This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to execute digital initiatives, optimize the online shopping experience, and support revenue growth.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.eCommerce Coordinator Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the brand's eCommerce website(s), executing product set up, pricing, promotions, and contentManage day to day operations of the CRM program including calendaring, briefing, asset trafficking and email & SMS set upHelp coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities across digital channelsMaintain product catalogs, including images, descriptions, specifications, and merchandisingMonitor website performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for optimizationSupport merchandising efforts by organizing collections, product assortments, navigation, and search optimization.Track inventory availability and coordinate with Operations to minimize out-of-stock issues.Assist in monitoring website analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior to generate actionable insightsContribute to a regular digital reporting cadence on traffic, conversion, sales performance, contribution by channel and promotional effectiveness.Coordinate with external agencies, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing website enhancements.Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for website updates, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.Stay informed on eCommerce, beauty, and digital marketing trends to recommend best practices and process improvements.Support marketplace and retail partner eCommerce initiatives as needed (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop).eCommerce Coordinator Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or online retail, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer goods industry.Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar.Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), reporting tools, and key eCommerce performance metrics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement. xhyhwjd Passion for beauty, consumer trends, and delivering exceptional online customer experiences.
