Bilingual Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Jill Willey State Farm is a neighborhood agency rooted in the Berwyn, IL community. We are hiring an Insurance Account Representative who wants to grow a sales practice among the people they live near — neighbors, local business owners, and families whose lives we are part of every day. This is local sales with real relationships at the center. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication

Pay range: $45,000-$65,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
