Salary: $112,900 - 366,300 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 10 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless technologies.
• We need at least 1 year of hands-on expertise designing and deploying agentic solutions in production, including agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflow design.
• We need at least 2 years of experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and Vertex AI, as well as open-source models, including abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
• We need at least 10 years of programming experience in Python, Java, or an equivalent language, along with familiarity with evaluation tools, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• We need at least 10 years of experience shipping to production, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code such as Terraform and Helm, monitoring, and debugging.
• We need at least 10 years of experience working with clients, collaborating across teams, leading technical workshops, and delivering in ambiguous situations.
• We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, or at least 12 years of work experience; if you hold an associates degree, we need at least 6 years of work experience.
• AI certifications or experience with agentic tools are a plus.

• We lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex, multi-stakeholder client environments, owning the program from architecture through adoption.
• We own program-level outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability, adoption speed, and scalability across multiple parallel workstreams, with commercial metrics attached.
• We drive rapid experimentation, turning ambiguous business challenges into working production systems in days or weeks.
• We architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full technology stack, including identity, data, security, governance, the platform layer, and multi-system workflow integration.
• We shape AI reinvention strategy for client CTOs, CFOs, and CISOs by building value architecture, ROI backlogs, use-case prioritization frameworks, and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• We define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints, patterns, and accelerators that can scale across engagements and strengthen the FDE practice.
• We facilitate architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client engineering and C-suite leadership teams.
• We capture delivery learnings, failure patterns, and engineering standards that improve the FDE practice and support the next generation of forward deployed engineers.
